It is my pleasure to recommend Shane Fiorenza of Renza Homes.
I contracted Shane to renovate our art deco apartment in St Kilda Rd Melbourne in late 2016 through January 2017. This involved building the new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, including installing false ceilings and replacement of the plumbing and electrics.
Shane was easy to deal with; provided quality workmanship through the various tradespeople (plumbers, plasterers, cabinet makers, painters etc.) and managed stakeholders (including the body corporate) in a friendly and professional manner. His fees were also reasonable, with minimal variations.

My wife and I could not be happier with the final results from the team at Renza homes.
It was our first time undertaking a project like this but Shane came highly recommended and walked us through the whole process from the start. He was professional, detail orientated and worked within our budget to deliver the project on time. There were also instances where we needed creative solutions to problems and the team came through with flying colours.
We have recommended their services to friends and would happily work with them again.
